CCI User eXperience Laboratory

User experience testing provides insights about how people interact with technology and what can be done to improve those interactions.  The CCI User-eXperience Lab (UXL) has the expertise and tools to examine these interactions and provide guidance to improve usability.

UXL offers a full range of UX research services for university, government, and private organizations.  Since 2008, our clients have used the expertise and tools in the lab to build more user-centered and effective technology.

As of May 2018, the UXL is a core facility at the University of Tennessee.  See UXL Services for pricing information.

The User Experience Lab is located in room 230 on the second floor of the Communications Building (1345 Circle Park Drive; Knoxville, TN 39776).
